Anh & Chi x Mon Pitou Sizzling Beef Skillet!

For Mother's Day weekend, we've partnered with Anh & Chi to create a fabulous Sizzling Beef Skillet, inspired by two traditional Vietnamese dishes: Bò Né & Bò Kho! 

This dish is made using Anh & Chi's sweet soy, which we used when braising our beef. Our sizzling skillet is topped with two free range fried eggs, traditional Vietnamese style chicken paté, a slice of laughing cow cheese, toasted sourdough, and pickled vegetables made by Triet's mom, Hong, and of course our wonderful braised beef. How good does that sound?

Eggs Benedict & Champagne Hollandaise

Soft poached eggs over a toasted English muffin served with either traditional back bacon, herb-roasted tomato or Pacific line-caught smoked salmon +7. Accompanied by our signature tossed greens!

Mon Pitou's Jumbo Pancakes

Three buttermilk pancakes topped with a knob of citrus-butter, served with the best Canadian maple syrup. A crowd favourite but with the volume turned up! Add bacon +5

Avocado Tartine (v)

Smashed avocado spread over toasted sourdough, topped with slivered radishes, grape tomatoes & micro-greens. Served with our signature tossed greens. Add a fried egg +3.5, add line-caught Pacific smoked salmon +7

A longtime Mon Pitou favourite is back... Line caught Pacific smoked salmon on a freshly toasted bagel smothered with herbed cream cheese, topped with slices of tomato and cucumber. Served with our signature tossed greens!
