Our take on the French bistro classic: toasted ham and Gruyère, smothered in béchamel, topped with a sunny-side up egg, and served with a bright salad on the side.

A house favourite returns. Pacific smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese, fresh tomato, and cucumber on a warm toasted bagel. Served with tossed greens and, if you’d like, a fried free-range egg on top.

Due to the intimate size of our space, we kindly ask that guests limit their visit to 1 hour and 15 minutes during service hours, allowing us time to properly reset and sanitize for the next seating.
